Dear New & Future Campers, 

 

We are residents of Edmonton, Alberta. We both have more than 30 years experience as public accountants with solid Alberta business backgrounds and strong personal ties to Alberta communities. This provides a high level of financial acumen to our development group. Supporting members of our group also bring over 25 years’ experience in construction and land development.

We purchased 153 acres with an existing 18-hole golf course and newly renovated clubhouse. We are reducing the golf course to 9 holes and building 100 RV lots to be completed in July of 2022. We have spent the past 18 months working with a Red Deer engineering firm to successfully obtain the rezoning required and an appropriate development agreement from the County of Lacombe. It is our expectation that construction on the RV park and its amenities and the rehabilitation of the golf course will commence in the early spring of 2022.
