Where is Alberta Views Resort?

Alberta Views is located just outside Eckville, Alberta. We are about 10 minutes West of Sylvan Lake. Our address is: Range Rd 34 Eckville, AB T0M 0X0, Canada
How does the lease work?

When you sign the lease, the lot will be assigned to you for 35 years. Signing a 35 year lease protects you from the rising costs of seasonal camping! Should you decide to move on from the Resort, the lease is completely transferrable to another buyer. You are also able to sub-let your lot and rent it out yearly if that interests you.
How big are the lots?

Even lots 2 to 20, all lots 21 to 60 and odd lots 61 to 81 will be 30x70 Odd number lots 1 through 19 will be 30x80 Perimeter lots 62 through 82 will be 35x70 Perimeter lots 83 to 90 and 91 to 100 will be 35x80
Is this a year round Resort?

You will be able to access your RV year round. However we will not have water & sewer in the winter months.
What can we build on our lot?

You are able to build fences (up to 4ft), shed (up to 150sq ft) and decks on your lot. There will be park bylaws to abide by so we require that any builds be approved by the resort first.
Are there any additional fees?

There is an additional fee of $150 a month. This will cover all services (power / water / sewer), management & maintenance of the resort.
